  • Ships from. Our DTLA warehouse at 718 E 9th St, Los Angeles. Orders dispatch in 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping. Smaller orders ship via FedEx; larger orders ship by pallet (LTL freight). We confirm your exact rate after checkout, based on weight and destination.
  • Local delivery. Free in the Los Angeles area on orders of $1,250 or more.
  • Showroom pickup. Any quantity. Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–3pm, Sunday by appointment only.
  • Cancellations. Orders cancelled after they are placed are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Damage claims. Damaged items are replaced free. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Minimum order. $25 online, $250 on orders with glass or ceramic, and no minimum on Korean paper. Prefer COD? Send your cart as a quote from the cart page.
