Resellers, not end-users

Whether you're a small reseller just starting out (Tier 1) or running a multi-state distribution operation (Tier 3), the program is structured to fit. The one thing we don't do — sell to people who aren't reselling.

Good fit

  • You have a registered business with EIN and a resale tax certificate
  • You sell to commercial customers — florists, retailers, online buyers, or your own customer base
  • You can commit to at least $10K/year in purchases (Tier 1 entry)
  • You agree to keep pricing at or above our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy
  • Whether you have a warehouse or use drop-ship — both work

  • You're a florist or designer buying for your own production work (use our wholesale customer account instead)
  • You plan to dump product on Amazon or eBay below MAP pricing

  • You're applying for a Tier 3 territory we've already locked with another distributor

Tier 3 master distributors get a locked-down ZIP-level territory. We won't appoint another distributor or sell direct in your zone for the contract term.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners get early access to launch SKUs and seasonal drops before they hit the wholesale catalog. First in line during shortages too.

Yes — Tier 1 was built specifically for small resellers and new distributors. As long as you have a registered business with EIN and a resale tax certificate, and you can commit to roughly $10K/year in purchasing (about $833/month), you're a fit. We don't expect you to have a warehouse or sales reps. You can run it out of your garage and drop-ship from us.
Tier 1 gets the basics — 35% off, Net 30 after your second order, MAP protection, a shared rep. Tier 2 adds 10% deeper pricing (45% off), Net 60 from day one, drop-ship under your branding, volume rebates, early access to new SKUs, and a dedicated rep. Move up to Tier 2 when your volume justifies it — we review annually.
Absolutely — that's the whole point. Most distributors start at Tier 1, grow into Tier 2 in their second or third year, and apply for Tier 3 when their volume hits $200K+. You can also move up mid-year if your numbers justify it.
No. Plenty of our Tier 1 distributors run drop-ship-only — we ship from our DTLA warehouse straight to their customers. Tier 2 and Tier 3 typically have their own warehousing, but it's not required for Tier 1.
Yes — but only at or above MAP pricing. Amazon listings require approval (we're Brand Registry'd). eBay and Walmart Marketplace require pre-approval at any tier — we want to keep listings clean and on-brand. The non-negotiable is MAP: list below it and your distributor status gets reviewed fast.
We don't penalize honest misses — life happens. If you fall significantly short two years running, we'll have a conversation about right-sizing your tier (which might mean dropping a tier with lower commitment). Hitting your number is the path to staying or moving up.
US and Canada are open right now. UK, EU, Mexico, and APAC are case-by-case — usually only at Tier 3 because of import/freight complexity. Email us if you're international and we'll figure it out.
Most common reasons: business credentials missing (no EIN or resale ID), Tier 3 territory already locked with another distributor, or commitment way out of line with your current revenue. Most are fixable — we'll tell you what's missing, and you can reapply once you've sorted it. Meanwhile you can still order via a wholesale customer account.
